Welcome to the Claymore, the ideal
setting for a relaxing break whether you are a walker, cyclist, golfer or just
fancy some time away,
we think the Claymore can offer you excellent value for money.
We are located in the centre of Duns and therefore within 5 minutes walk in any
direction you are out in the middle of the beautiful countryside.
Scott and Gitte have lived and worked
in Duns since 1991. Scott hails
from Edinburgh and Gitte comes from Denmark.
Gitte is fluent in Danish and German and also has a smattering of French, so
our foreign visitors should feel at home.
Scott enjoys cooking and does most of the catering, all in all we have the
right recipe for a perfect break at the Claymore.
Newly opened in 2010 we have a guests quiet sitting room where you can relax with a book or write those all-important postcards.
